At Nightingails we like to give our guests a choice of breakfast. To be able to do this we ask for your selection the night before.
Wherever possible ingredients are sourced locally, including our own hens’ eggs and all cooked using our Aga.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 am and may be taken on the patio.

English Muffins with Scrambled Egg & Smoked Salmon or Bacon
Scotch Pancakes, Bacon & Maple Syrup
Smoked Haddock or Kipper
Tea or Coffee including decaffeinated and fruit teas.

Supper - Two Courses £15.00

Supper is served at 7pm.
Gammon Steak from Besshill Farm Shop
Pork Slices from Besshill Farm Shop
Chicken Breast with gravy, bacon or honey and mustard
Locally sourced Steak & Kidney or Steak & Ale Pie
The above will be served with fresh vegetables and either New Potatoes or French Fries.
There will be a choice of dessert on the evening followed by tea or coffee including decaffeinated and fruit teas.
Please feel free to bring your own wine, beer etc, we will supply the glasses. (definitely no corkage charge).
