0 – 3 years are free (£5.00 if breakfast required) and a travel cot is available on request.
4 – 13 years £20.00 if sharing with parents.
Only one extra in either Swallow, Nuthatch or Magpie. Other rooms are not large enough.

The Boring Bits:

During May to September inclusive there is a minimum two night stay for Fridays and/or Saturdays on all rooms except Wren. This also includes Sundays for Bank Holidays. If we have vacancies up to a week in advance this rule will be relaxed.

One Night’s deposit is required in advance.

Our cancellation policy is for a 95% refund of deposits taken ( 5% being administration charge) if notified at least 14 days before arrival. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for any nights we are unable to relet for cancellations within the fourteen days. We strongly suggest you check your holiday insurance to ensure you are covered for cancellation charges.

Arrival time is between 16:00 and 18:00 (up to 22:00 by arrangement)

Rooms to be vacated by 10:30 on day of departure

We are not licensed but are happy to provide glasses etc on request
